Corridor talks in Brazil

While on a flying visit to Rio at the start of last month, we caught up with a school of talented young people who live in the favelas around the city, and showed them the projects we'd like to partner with them on. The Corridor team will be working with them in the coming months. More to follow.

Youth Centre images

90 mins and 79 people, it wasn't easy trust us!
We had fun and the end result has made a huge difference to the centre. Part 2 coming in the next few weeks. Before 90 minutes and after of the Social Room for young teenage girls.

Brighton Youth Centre

Corridor had a great day working with Albion in the Community and Amex staff from across the South East today, transforming three rooms at the youth centre.
The football theme of a 90 minute makeover was great fun, a bit manic at points, with over 80 people participating, but we all achieved a great transformation for the young people using the centre. The two halves, two teams made light work of each room with decorating, painting and styling of each room to happen within the 45 minute sessions. A meeting room, social room and art room looked amazing. More images to follow soon.

Peter Ward finds his hair.

Corridor was sent this image early today. Not the best angle but it shows 70's Albion ace Peter Ward with illustrated hair. Peter is standing in front of one of the Screen Heroes images we created with City College Brighton and Hove and 11 students. The image is of Peter's hairdo back in 1970, and as you can see it's a perfect fit!

Braille Football

Corridor has been working with some inspiring young VI football players with Charlie Curry at AITC, over the past 6 months.
We used the inspiration of football studs to create these dynamic braille poems for the East Stand concourse at The Amex. All 5 pieces will be on permanent display for the game on 30th August against Spurs.

Respect Shirts

We have almost finished the 12 Respect Shirts we created with the Brighton and Hove Albion team and 12 local Primary schools across the city. Each player partnered with a school and exchanged life stories to create a piece of art based on shared experiences and an understanding of different cultures. The half shirts are based on the club and players country of origin. All 12 Respect Shirts will be on permanent display for the next game against Spurs in the East Stand.

Memory Wall

First batch of memories we designed for the memory wall in the North Stand. A series of modular vinyls, that will be applied directly to the concrete interior walls of the concourses. We've got a couple of Albion greats lined up with their own personal memories of their time at Brighton. We've also been asking the fans from across Sussex to send us images and stories from the clubs past. All will be revealed at the next game against Spurs on July 30th.
